Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage lab inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies and materials, and maintaining an organized and accurate inventory system.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of lab supplies and equipment.
- Prepare lab equipment and materials for experiments and research, including cleaning, calibration, and maintenance of equipment.
- Train and supervise lab technicians and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all lab staff.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for lab procedures and protocols.
- Monitor and manage lab budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-effective practices.
- Maintain records and data related to lab operations, experiments, and research.
- Participate in the development and implementation of research projects and experiments.
- Keep abreast of current trends and developments in the field of laboratory operations and make recommendations for improvements and updates to lab equipment, procedures, and protocols.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
