What you should have:
Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.

Should be expert in cataloguing (Listings, A+, Variations) and order processing,.

Should have problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills. (required for electronic, telephonic follow-ups with logistics & international portals)

Good knowledge of Excel. (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, graphs)

**Responsibilities**:
*Listings unique product segments on our own website and on multiple leading e-commerce sites such as Flipkart, Amazon etc. Ensuring they are consistent with company policies

*Ensuring all orders are managed end-to-end and tracked on Excel sheet.

*Verifying that orders from the e-commerce platform and other sales channels are accurate and complete before starting the fulfillment process

Run sponsored Ads on marketplaces & making organic sales and ads reports for management, and proposing new strategies to stimulate growth

Attend call queries by customers, take notes, and forward them to the concerned POC.

MIS reports on our products, and sales performance as required by the management.

Evaluate feedback or complaints from customers and work for the enhancement in customer service, and standards.

Managing inventory levels on a regular basis.

Weekly hygiene checks should be performed to make sure the website is free of errors.

Liaising with e-commerce company managers for promotions.

Increase the searchability of our products by optimizing the product listings on the website and e-commerce platforms.

Participating in various campaigns & utilizing all the e-commerce platform's features to market our items.
