**Responsibilities**:

- **PBX Management**:

- Oversee the administration of multiple server instances within our cloud environment.
- Ensure proper configuration, maintenance, and updates of PBX systems to meet customer requirements.
- **Server and Network Management**:

- Manage and configure servers as per company and customer needs.
- Oversee network configurations for servers, ensuring they align with company policies and security standards.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal performance and reliability.
- **Security and Downtime Preparedness**:

- Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems from threats and vulnerabilities.
- Prepare for and manage system downtime, including planning and executing tasks to minimize impact.
- **Telecom Management**:

- Manage telecom switches to ensure proper routing and availability of telecom services.
- Monitor and maintain the availability and performance of telecom infrastructure.
- **Customer and Team Support**:

- Provide technical support and assistance to customers and team members as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems and services.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, BCA, or a related field.
- College dropouts with relevant skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- **Skills**:

- Basic understanding of network configurations, security, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with virtual machines and server management is a plus.
- Knowledge of PBX systems and telecom switches is a plus, but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- **Attitude and Motivation**:

- A proactive and self-motivated individual with a passion for technology.
