**Client Onboarding and Documentation**:
**Smooth Onboarding**:
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients.
Handle booking forms and coordinate the collection of necessary information.
**KYC Details Updating**:
Update and maintain Know Your Customer (KYC) details in the ERP system.
Implement data quality control measures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
**Home Loans Documentation**:
Assist clients in the documentation process for home loans.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to streamline the documentation workflow.
**Cross-Departmental Collaboration**:
Coordinate with Architects, RERA, Accounts, Sales, and other departments.
Facilitate communication and information exchange between different teams.
**CRM ERP Implementation**:
Oversee the implementation of CRM ERP software.
Ensure a smooth transition from existing systems, considering client onboarding processes.
**Integration with Business Systems**:
Work on integrating CRM ERP software with other business systems.
Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across the organization.
**Customer Data Management**:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data within the CRM ERP system.
Implement measures to ensure data integrity and quality control.
Customize the CRM ERP system to align with specific business processes.
Configure workflows to streamline client onboarding and documentation.
Propose enhancements to improve efficiency in client-related processes.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
