**Job Title**: Admin Officer
**Job Location**: Vapi
**Job Specifics**:
In time bill payments of all utilities consumed by factory.
Co-ordination with all interested parties both internal and external including GIDC, Electricity board, VIA, PF office, ESIC, Etc.
Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
Systematically filing important company documents regularly.
Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members both inward and outward
Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
Vehicle management as per company policy
Maintaining records of Fuel expenses
Visitors assistance and control
Co-ordination with Security for safety of people and all company assets
**Desired Skills**:
Bachelor’s Degree in B com/BA/BBA
Having minimum 2 to 3 years of successful experience of Administrative Work.
Proven experience working in an office environment.
Should be able to handle all kind of activities assigned time to time by HR and Management
Effective communication skills.
