1. **Digital Campaign Management**:

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.

- Manage and grow social media channels, including content scheduling, community engagement, and influencer outreach.
- Monitor social media trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for brand participation.

**4. SEO and SEM**:

- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to manage and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.

**5. Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, user engagement, and audience demographics.

**6. Brand Guidelines Compliance**:

- Ensure all digital marketing activities adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand voice and image.

**7. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**:

- Work closely with the design, product, and sales teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall brand and business strategies.

**8. Innovation and Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Propose and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to drive brand growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on brand development.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for digital campaigns.
- Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and online sales channels is a plus.
