**Vehicle Registration & Documentation**:

- Ensure accurate filing and maintenance of records for registered two-wheelers.
- Issue registration certificates, number plates, and related documents after compliance with RTO procedures.
- **Driver Licensing (2-Wheeler Specific)**:

- Facilitate the issuance of learner’s licenses and permanent driving licenses for two-wheeler riders.
- Coordinate and assist in practical riding tests and ensure compliance with RTO guidelines.
- Ensure that all licensing documentation for two-wheeler riders is in order and up-to-date.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with the Motor Vehicle Act, pollution control regulations, and other RTO guidelines specifically applicable to two-wheelers.
- Regularly update knowledge on changes in traffic laws and RTO policies related to 2-wheeler vehicles.
- Keep track of road tax payments and renewal schedules for two-wheelers and ensure timely payments.
- **Inspection and Certification**:

- Assist in vehicle inspections to ensure that all two-wheelers are roadworthy and meet safety standards.
- Issue fitness and pollution control certificates after inspection of vehicles.
- Ensure that all vehicles comply with the pollution norms and safety standards set by the government.
- **Coordination with Authorities**:

- Liaise with RTO offices, dealers, and customers to ensure smooth processing of vehicle registrations and documentation.
- Assist customers in resolving RTO-related queries and provide timely solutions.
- Submit reports and necessary documentation to the concerned government authorities regarding registrations, licensing, and compliance.
- **Record Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all registered two-wheelers and related transactions.
- Ensure proper documentation of all licensing, registration, and inspection records in both physical and digital formats.
- **Customer Interaction and Support**:

- Interact with customers (individual buyers and dealerships) for two-wheeler registration and licensing.
- Provide guidance to customers regarding necessary documents, procedures, and timelines for registration and licensing.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints related to vehicle registration, tax payments, and licensing.
- **Taxation and Renewals**:

- Monitor and track road tax payments for two-wheelers, ensuring timely renewals.
- Help customers in clearing any pending dues or charges related to their vehicles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
