**Cash and customer**
- Day-to-day transport coordination between DC In
- and Outbound departments and contracted carriers
- Truck bookings, arrival, and departure timing, increase/decrease of ordered trucks and swap body pool management
- Member of the tender team with responsibility for arranging, sending and collecting all RFP documents
- Monitor filling grades, loading and unloading efficiency and returns handling
- You own and execute strategic and cross-functional transportation operations, by Day-to-day transportcoordination between DC In
- and Outbound departments and contracted carriers
- Proactive inbound/outbound delivery planning in close cooperation with wave planner, DC inbound/outbound departments and carriers
- Responsible for all operational Appendixes and the implementation throughout DC and Transport Operations
- Support the business through smooth running delivery operations
- Ensure that regional transport standards are implemented
- Monitoring and acting on inbound and outbound transport KPI deviations
- Deep expertise in operational transport processes to serve online and stores
- Strong understanding of business needs from sales side for online and stores
- Solid overview on specifics and capabilities in regional transport operations to serve brand needs
- Pronounced transport focus and commercial sense to best serve requirements
- Develop and implement initiatives to deliver conscious approaches, efficiency, reduced costs, and excellent levels of service. Analyse reasons for deviations between actual results and SLA to initiate actions.
- Follow up on all internal and outbound transportation KPIs including 3PL contractual service level agreements to achieve the best customer lead times.
- Follow up on volumes and the service level analysis throughout the market to identify trends early enough to take appropriate actions and initiate actions to improve involving the 3PL & transport service providers.
- Coordinate with store colleagues for active feedback of on time delivery performances
- Take ownership of and follow up on the local transportation budget and KPI’s for both 3P & H&M run operations.
- Inform and demand that all local transportation roles collect & receive all the necessary planning information from local warehouse teams.
- Be the owner of key local vendor relationships and pass identified synergies across multiple markets to transport manager.
- Ensure customer transportation lead times are met and implement ways to improve by ensuring you manage TSP’s effectively.
- Implement and organize best practice for transport operation within online and to ensure transport quality with accuracy, quality, efficiency.

**Conscious**
- Execute Sustainability transport targets based on regional sustainability Strategy and targets
- Follow up with TSP for timely and accurate reporting of data of CO2 emissions
- Ensure relevant audit routines as well maintain H&M standards at all times as agreed with transport service providers.
- Be involved in logistic audits, follow up on results and take actions for improvements together with DC Manager and Regional Team
- Be updated and follow a local laws and regulations.
