**Work Experience: 3-4 years in core function of Finance & Accounts.**

**GENERAL**
1. Contributes to creation of a high performance culture through effective communication & verbal skills2. Establishes strong working relationships with staff3. Ensures that financial data is being properly and accurately extracted from internal reporting systems in compliance with reporting system requirements.4. Ensures that required deadlines are met by balancing multiplicity of demands.5. Uses technical knowledge and innovation thought processes to identify/implement new and innovative methodologies to improve operation functions.6. Demonstrates strong analytical and problem solving skills in conjunction with strong written and oral presentation skills.7. Monitors internal control mechanisms for relevant market to minimize risk within the organization.**SPECIFIC**
1. General Accounting2. Ability to Streamline and simplify processes and Execute them3. SAP Knowledge1. **Vendor / AP Management: -** Control over vendor payments and checking of Fund availability and vendor credit period for payments.2. **Debtors / AR Management: -** Invoicing, Control over credit period of debtors. Reviewing debtors Outstanding and planning collections plan and cash flow.3. General Ledger & Fixed Assets accounting and Ledger Security4. Payroll accounting5. Cross Border transaction6.
