**Position: Finance Executive**
**Location**:Wakad, Pune
**Qualifications**:
**Educational Requirements**:
- MBA in Finance or an equivalent qualification.
**Experience**:
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
**Skills**:
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP) and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial modeling, and inventory management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and data visualization tools is preferred.
**Soft Skills**:
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and adaptable approach to addressing challenges.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes and cost structures.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance specific to the manufacturing sector.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Demonstrated ability to manage finance-related administrative tasks effectively across all departments.
- Strong capability to handle external financial matters, including regulatory and vendor interactions.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Cost Management & Optimization**:
- Analyze production costs, overheads, and pricing strategies to ensure profitability.
- Implement cost-control measures and identify opportunities for savings in manufacturing processes.
**2. Financial Planning & Analysis**:
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models tailored to manufacturing operations.
- Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
**3. Inventory and Supply Chain Management**:
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels and manage working capital effectively.
- Monitor procurement costs and ensure alignment with production schedules and financial goals.
**4. Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Management**:
- Evaluate CAPEX proposals and monitor the return on investment (ROI) for new projects and equipment acquisitions.
- Ensure alignment of financial resources with organizational strategic objectives.
**5. Compliance and Reporting**:
- Ensure adherence to tax regulations, financial policies, and internal audit requirements.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal stakeholders and external agencies.
**6. Operational Finance Support**:
- Collaborate with plant managers and operational teams to track financial performance at production sites.
- Conduct variance analysis, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions to enhance efficiency.
**7. Risk Management**:
- Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with operations, investments, and market conditions.
- Develop and implement strategies to safeguard the company’s financial health.
**8. Finance Administration**:
- Oversee financial administrative tasks across all departments.
- Manage external financial-related activities, including coordination with vendors, regulatory authorities, and external auditors.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
