**Position Overview**: As a Customer Support Representative at Boundless Trends Pvt., Ltd. you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience when interacting with our products and brand on Amazon. You'll be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about products, orders, shipping, and returns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, including order discrepancies, delivery concerns, and product inquiries.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product catalog and stay updated on any changes or updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to help identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and uphold the reputation of Boundless trends Pvt Ltd.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Amazon's platform and policies is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about our product offerings and industry.
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
