**Job Title**: Electrical & Mechanical Trainer

**Reporting to**: Project Manager

**Location**: Bangalore

**Duration**: Mid-July to Mid-September

**Key Requirements**:

- **Faculty from Engineering colleges with atleast 10+ years of experience**:

- **Retired Professionals/Faculty from Electrical/Mechanical Industry/institutions**:

- **Should be based in Bangalore**:

- **Availability to deliver training sessions on specific dates and times as required by the client.**:

- **Flexibility to accommodate potential changes in project timelines and scheduling.**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred.**:

- Proven experience as a Technical Trainer, preferably with a focus on electrical topics.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical principles, theories, and practices, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to others.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire participants during training sessions.
- Experience in developing training materials and curriculum tailored to specific learning objectives.
- Ability to adapt training content and delivery methods to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

**Topics includes**:
Units and measurement / Basic concept of power system / Sources of Electric power/Transmission and distribution of power/ Energy security/Electric al Machines /Protection of Motors during operation/Protection & Control system/Grounding/Electrical safety/Applicational requirement of motor/ Operation of MOTORS/Peripheral details/ Motor protection and motor life/ Mechanical and ventilation requirement/ Concepts of Power Electronics & Power Systems/ Energy Storage systems/PLC/ Renewable energy/ Rewinding of motors and affinity laws.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on electrical topics as per the client's requirements. Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and practical exercises, to facilitate learning and understanding.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions that cater to participants with varying levels of knowledge and experience.
- Customize training content to align with the specific needs and objectives of the client's team.
- Ensure timely delivery of training sessions as per the agreed-upon schedule and timeframe.
- Maintain records of training activities, including attendance, feedback, and performance metrics.
