Job Title: Electrical Trainer

Experience: 5+ years

**Salary**: ₹ 20,000 - ₹ 28,000 per month

Work Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout)

Preference: Experience on Freelance Field.

Role: Permanent

Schedule: Day shift

**Required Skill and Abilities**:

- Develop training plans and calendars
- Impart training to Apprentices on basic Electrical and Electronics Concepts.
- Basic training of apprentices (Soldering, AC / DC Circuits, and motor controls)
- Training on house wiring installations.
- Training on motor control with contactors and relay circuits.
- Basic knowledge on pneumatics and PLC, preferred
- Delivery of theory and practical classes as per standards and documenting their progress.
- Ensure team develop necessary skills and knowledge
- Enable team to represent company in the best way
- Provide consistent feedback and coaching
- Manage and train, generate monthly reports
- Must be efficient to work and take extra responsibility assigned
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service, presentation, and training skills.
