**Job Title: Schneider Electric Products Trainer**
**Location**: Bangalore
**About Us**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Schneider Electric Products Trainer. This role offers the opportunity to share expertise, facilitate learning, and contribute to the professional development of industry professionals and technicians.
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions, workshops, and courses focused on Schneider Electric products to industry professionals and technicians.
- Utilize hands-on experience and practical knowledge to demonstrate the design, configuration, and implementation of Schneider Electric automation solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to trainees in programming PLCs, configuring HMIs, and utilizing SCADA software solutions.
- Foster a collaborative and engaging learning environment, addressing queries, facilitating discussions, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Schneider Electric products and technologies through continuous learning and participation in training programs, webinars, and workshops.
**Requirements**:
**Education and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
**Industry Experience with Schneider Electric Products**:
- Substantial hands-on experience with Schneider Electric products, including PLCs (e.g., Modicon), VFDs (e.g., Altivar series), HMIs (e.g., Magelis), and SCADA systems (e.g., Wonderware).
- Proficiency in industrial communication protocols such as Modbus and Ethernet/IP.
**Training and Teaching Experience**:
- Previous experience as a trainer or instructor, preferably focused on Schneider Electric products.
- Familiarity with Schneider Electric training programs and materials.
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in programming Schneider Electric PLCs using software like ecostructure machine expert basic.
- Expertise in configuring and designing HMIs using Schneider Electric software tools such as Vijeo Designer.
- Knowledge of Schneider Electric SCADA software solutions such as EcoStruxure SCADA Expert.
**Soft Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in conveying technical concepts related to Schneider Electric products.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with trainees and facilitate effective learning experiences.
- Flexibility to adapt training content to meet the specific needs of trainees.
**Continuous Learning and Development**:
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with Schneider Electric products and technologies.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
