We are looking for a determined and dedicated Trainer for Process and Fill Finish Automation. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, facilitating workshops or classes. Additionally, trainers may need to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the content remains relevant and effective.

Our department consists of dedicated engineers, specialized in different phases of the project including Conceptual Design, Basic Design, Detailed Design, Commissioning and Qualification.

**How you might spend your days**

**As a Trainer for Process Automation, you’ll be working with a motivated, multi-functional team where, you’ll be involved in**:
Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.

Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and prioritize training needs.

Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.

Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees as needed.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

**The miles you’ve walked.**
Good knowledge of ABB/Emerson/Siemens/Rockwell/Yokogawa systems

Basic understanding of ISA S88 Batch concepts

Basic understanding of regulatory compliance and pharma guidelines

Any degree in Electronics/ Electrical/Industrial Automation or similar. Minimum of 8-12 years of experience preferably from Pharma/Life science/ Biotech background.

Proven experience as a trainer or instructor, preferably in a corporate setting.

Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Ability to adapt training techniques to accommodate different learning styles.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.

Proficiency with learning management systems and other training technology.

Certifications such as CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) or CPTM (Certified Professional in Training Management) are a plus.
