- Proven skills in managing research and development teams working in collaborative projects in a university set-up.
- Minimum of 15+ Research Publications in reputed Scopus Indexed/Web of Science/Science Direct national and international journal of repute.
- Experience of publication of research papers and knowledge of data analytics, referencing and plagiarism software.
- To provide strategic leadership in developing the ADYPU Research Strategy.
- To promote quality-oriented research culture among students and faculty.
- To assist faculty and students to form successful collaborative and interdisciplinary innovative research projects.
- To encourage and promote research and publication ethics by way of training and development.
- To ideate and execute the ADYPU Research Publication and encourage faculty to publish quality research papers, case studies and project findings in top-rated quality international and national research of repute.
- To organize research conferences, seminars and workshops pertaining to research methodology.
- To support research teams at ADYPU Schools to identify research and development opportunities.
- To provide necessary guidance and encourage teachers/researchers to write research project proposals and suggest incentives/other initiatives to the Vice-Chancellor for the purpose.
- To liaison with relevant international, national/regional agencies/organizations/group/ individuals for financial support and promotion of quality research in the University.
