We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you'll play a crucial role in generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a strong work ethic, we'd love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Make outbound calls: Reach out to potential customers, introduce our products/services, and generate interest.

2. Build relationships: Develop rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

3. Generate leads: Identify and qualify potential customers, and pass on leads to the sales team.

4. Meet sales targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, and contribute to team goals.

5. Update records: Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and customer interactions.

6. Collaborate with teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to achieve shared goals.

**Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle rejection.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer skills

**Language**: Fluency in English & Malayalam.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
