Telecalling Executive

We are seeking a skilled and professional Telecalling Executive to join our team, responsible for contacting customers and handling their calls.

What You'll Do

  • Make and receive calls to talk with customers about our products and services.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the company.
  • Keep customer records updated in our system.
  • Solve customer problems and answer their questions.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 1 -2 years of proven experience in a telecalling, tele-sales, or call center role

  • Good Communication Skills: You must speak clearly and politely.
  • Customer Focus: You should enjoy helping people and making sure they're happy.
  • Basic Computer Skills: You'll need to use our software to manage customer information.

Note: This position is for experienced candidates only. Please refrain from applying if you do not meet the minimum experience requirements.
