**Roles and Responsibilities**

Onboard new partners by ensuring all necessary documentation and requirements are met - Provide support and guidance during the initial integration phase
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the main point of contact for any operational queries they may have
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address partner needs and resolve any issues promptly
- Conduct training sessions for partners on operational processes and systems
- Facilitate effective communication channels between partners and internal teams
- Monitor partner performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with partners to implement corrective actions and enhancements
- Investigate and resolve partner-related issues, escalating complex matters to higher levels of management when necessary
- Implement proactive measures to prevent recurring issues
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and transactions
- Generate regular reports on partner performance and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline and improve operational processes - Identify opportunities for automation to enhance efficiency.

**Skills and Qualification required**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in partner operations or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
- Proficiency in using collaboration tools and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in partner management.
- Experience in the technology or software industry.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹9,919.74 - ₹33,676.58 per month
