**We are currently looking for Site Supervisor / Site Engineer - Street Lighting with CCMS**.

**Job Description**:
Position: Site Supervisor / Site Engineer (Electrical)

Location: Guwahati, Assam.

Salary Package: Negotiable

Job Role Overview:
A Site Supervisor / Engineer in the electrical field is responsible for overseeing the installation, execution, and maintenance of electrical systems at project sites. Effective communication with senior or project heads is crucial for ensuring that the work is carried out according to plans and specifications, and that any issues or challenges are addressed promptly. The Site Supervisor plays a key role in coordinating the activities of electricians and other workers, ensuring that the project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of the client.

Responsibilities of Site Supervisor/Engineer are given below:
1. **Planning and Coordination**: Work with project managers to plan electrical installations, ensuring that work is scheduled and coordinated effectively.

2. **Supervision**:Oversee the work of electricians and other workers, ensuring that they adhere to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.

3. **Quality Control**: Ensure that all electrical work meets quality standards and complies with relevant regulations and codes.

4. **Safety Management**: Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and create a safe working environment.

5. **Material Management**:Manage the storage, and use of materials and equipment needed for electrical installations, ensuring that they are used efficiently and cost-effectively.

6. **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of work progress, including daily reports, work orders, and material usage, and update as-built drawings and specifications.

7. **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve electrical problems that arise during execution or maintenance of the project.

8. **Communication**: Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates on work progress, address concerns, and ensure that project requirements are met.

9. **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of electrical work.

Qualification & Skills Required:
1. ITI or Diploma or B. Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.

2. Minimum 2 year experience in the related field.

3. Basic knowledge of the related field.

4. Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform diagnostics and troubleshooting effectively.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.

7. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.

8. Dedication to upholding and adhering to stringent workplace safety standards and guidelines.

9. Location Requirement: Resident of Guwahati City with a 2 wheeler.

Pay: ₹8,244.82 - ₹30,961.88 per month
