Job Summary:
As a Project In-charge, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing project plans, setting timelines, tracking progress.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Monitors and assures that project is constructed in accordance with plans and specifications.
2) Overseas the implementation of all structural and architectural requirements;
3) Prepares billing certifications or endorsements;
4) Evaluates and prepares change orders or claims for approval;
5) Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

6) Develop comprehensive project plans that identify task timelines, dependencies, and requirements.

7) Mitigate project risks and issues as they arise, and escalate issues to upper management when necessary.

8) Ensure that projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.

2. At least 1 years of experience in project management.

3. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

6. Proficiency in project management tools.

7. Familiarity with project management best practices, including Agile methodologies.

Overall, a project In-charge plays a critical role in ensuring successful project delivery. They must be able to lead cross-functional teams, develop detailed project plans, track progress, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
