Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, India for a Fabrication In-charge (Offshore) at Axess Group. The Fabrication In-charge will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless production planning and quality control. The role includes managing operations to uphold high HSEQ standards, coordinating production management activities, and ensuring operational efficiency. The candidate will lead a team, conduct regular inspections, and implement strategic plans for continuous improvement in operation processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management
  • Experience in Quality Control and Operations Manangement
  • Proficiency in Operations Management
  • Excellent leadership and project management abilities
  • Knowledge of HSEQ standards and practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the offshore or energy sector is a plus
