**Job Descriptions: -**
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, Consultants & Vendors etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
- Experience in Civil Engineering Execution, Consulting Works regarding Real Estate dealing with the government authorities.
- Dealing with the Engineers & Consultants & Vendors.
- Technical Report Writing, Day to Day DPR, Pre Work Planning Report finalization & Work Allocation to team & observation.
- Project Scheduling, Project Monitoring
- Client Handling, Contract Management & Strategic Planning's
- Cost Controlling, Cost Estimation & Proper Inventory management.
- Executing the project timely manner.
- Close inter department coordination with designing, contracts, billing teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
- Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.**Required Skills**:
