**Job Description: Designer-Pattern Maker**

**Position**: Designer-Pattern Maker**Location**: Kolkata**Department**: Design**Reporting to**: Head of Design**Experience**: 0-3 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with designers to understand design concepts and requirements for new silhouettes.
- Create accurate patterns and toiles that reflect the designer's vision while considering fit, construction, and fabrication.
- Develop and refine prototypes, ensuring that each piece meets quality standards and aligns with the brand’s specifications.
- Conduct fittings with models and adjust patterns as necessary to achieve the desired fit and look.
- Maintain an organized library of patterns and toiles for reference and future use.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the pattern-making process.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless transition from prototype to final production.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fashion production.
- Experience in Couture Finishing in Apparel industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Couture Finishing from NIFT-Delhi/Mumbai
- Strong background in design, with the ability to understand and interpret design specifications.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Pay: ₹9,638.37 - ₹18,218.89 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
