**Job description**:
We are looking for an Costumer Service Executive, who should be;
- Make outbound calls to potential attendees, sponsors, or participants for upcoming events.
- Introduce the event and highlight its key features and benefits.
- Engage in persuasive conversations to generate interest and secure event registrations or partnerships.
- Answer inquiries and provide accurate information about event details and registration process.
- Maintain a detailed record of all calls and update the CRM system accordingly.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve set targets and goals.
- Outstanding oral and written communication in English language.
- Proficient in Computer skills such as - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ensure that record keeping, and reporting requirements are maintained.
- Understands meaning of good customer service.
- Keen to learn new skills within the team.
- Preference will be given to immediate joiners.
- **Fresher’s & Experienced both can apply.**

**Job Types**: Full Time

**Salary**: ₹20000-35000 per month
