and mentoring QA teams in an agile environment. Strong communication skills, with

the ability to present complex information to technical and non-technical

stakeholders.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Experience working closely with

business users, Product Owners, and leadership to align technical deliverables with

business objectives. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and plan stories with the

Product Owner (PO).
- Data Quality, Migration, and Integration: Strong knowledge and practical

experience in data quality, data migration, and integrations. Expertise in API, data

quality, and migration processes, ensuring seamless system integrations.

Preferred Skills:

- Insurance Domain Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Insurance domain,

particularly Core Broking and P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance, understanding

its impact on QA and product development.

Note:
Integration testing.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
