**Salesforce Expertise**: Hands-on experience in Salesforce testing, configuration, and administration, with a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities.
- **Leadership & Team Management**: Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring QA teams in an agile environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- **Collaboration & Stakeholder Management**: Experience working closely with business users, Product Owners, and leadership to align technical deliverables with business objectives. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and plan stories with the Product Owner (PO).
- **Data Quality, Migration, and Integration**: Strong knowledge and practical experience in data quality, data migration, and integrations. Expertise in API, data quality, and migration processes, ensuring seamless system integrations.

Preferred Skills:

- **Insurance Domain Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of the Insurance domain, particularly Core Broking and P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance, understanding its impact on QA and product development.

Pay: ₹229,258.56 - ₹1,148,568.37 per year
