**Key Responsibilities**:
Platform Expertise: Leverage expertise in the Salesforce platform and DevOps practices to ensure smooth and efficient deployment processes.
DevOps Tool Integration: Utilize tools like GitHub and DevOps platforms (e.g., Copado, ANT, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Flosum, Prodly) to automate and streamline deployment processes within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, administrators, testers) to align CI/CD processes with business and technical requirements.
Troubleshooting and Optimization: Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues related to deployments, pipelines, or integration points. Continuously optimize deployment processes for faster, more reliable delivery.

**Required Skills and Experience**:
Proven experience with Salesforce platform and deployment tools.
Expertise in continuous delivery and the release management process within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Solid experience with GitHub for version control and repository management.
Proficiency in at least one DevOps tool used in Salesforce deployments, such as Copado, ANT, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Flosum, or Prodly.
Strong understanding of DevOps methodologies and best practices.
Experience in automating deployments, minimizing downtime, and improving the overall software development lifecycle.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot deployment and integration issues.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
*5+ years of experience is required*

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
