**Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist (3-5 Years Experience)**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **SEM Campaign Management**: Develop, implement, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms to maximize app downloads.
- **Budget Management**: Handle campaign budgets of up to ₹10 lakhs, ensuring optimal spend allocation and ROI.
- **Native Advertising**: Plan and execute native ad campaigns on platforms like Taboola, Outbrain, and others to drive high-quality traffic.
- **Criteo Ads**: Strategize, launch, and manage campaigns using Criteo Ads to boost app downloads and re-engagement.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROI, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed KPIs.
- **A/B Testing**: Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to identify the most effective strategies.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Data Studio to analyze campaign performance and create detailed reports.
- **Keyword Research**: Conduct in-depth keyword analysis to identify high-performing and cost-effective keywords for campaigns.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with design, content, and app development teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with the latest trends in SEM, native advertising, and app marketing to implement innovative strategies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in managing SEM and performance marketing campaigns.
- **Budget Management**: Proven track record of successfully handling budgets around ₹10 lakhs or more.
- **Tools Expertise**: Proficient in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Criteo Ads.
- **Native Advertising**: Experience with platforms like Taboola, Outbrain, or similar for native campaigns.
- **Data-Driven**: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-backed decisions.
- **App Promotion Expertise**: Knowledge of app-specific marketing strategies, including app install campaigns and re-engagement tactics.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with app analytics platforms like Firebase or AppsFlyer.
- **Creative Thinking**: Ability to conceptualize and execute engaging ad creatives and copy.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing campaigns for better performance.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or Native Advertising.
- Experience with retargeting campaigns and audience segmentation.
- Knowledge of app store optimization (ASO) and its synergy with SEM campaigns.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
