**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO Strategy & Implementation**: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- **Keyword Research**: Perform thorough keyword research to identify high-value keywords and integrate them into website content and blogs.
- **On-Page Optimization**: Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, images, URLs, and other on-page elements to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
- **Off-Page Optimization**: Develop and execute link-building strategies and external content marketing to improve domain authority and backlink profile.
- **Technical SEO**: Work closely with the development team to ensure website architecture, URL structure, and other technical elements are optimized for search engines (e.g., site speed, mobile optimization, structured data, etc.).
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools to track SEO performance, prepare reports, and analyze key metrics like traffic, rankings, conversions, and bounce rates.
- **Content Strategy**: Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content development, including blog posts, articles, product descriptions, etc.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Monitor competitors’ SEO strategies and adapt the company’s SEO approach to stay competitive in the market.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up to date with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in SEO and search engine updates (e.g., Google’s algorithm changes).
- **Collaboration**: Work cross-functionally with other teams like content marketing, social media, design, and development to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all aspects of the business.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, SEO Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, etc.
- Proficient in technical SEO, including site speed optimization, schema markup, mobile SEO, and website audits.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).
- Familiarity with paid search strategies (PPC) is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
