Job Overview: As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to increase our website’s visibility and ranking on search engines. With at least one year of experience, you will use your expertise to optimize content, conduct keyword research, and analyze performance metrics to achieve our digital marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Keyword Research and Strategy:
Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for ranking improvements and content creation.
Develop and implement keyword strategies for on-page and off-page optimization.

On-Page Optimization:
Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images to improve search engine rankings.
Ensure website architecture and internal linking structure are SEO-friendly.

Content Development:
Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-optimized content.
Ensure that content adheres to best practices and targets relevant keywords.

Technical SEO:
Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting site performance and rankings.
Implement and manage SEO tools and plugins to monitor and enhance site health.

Link Building and Off-Page SEO:
Develop and execute strategies for acquiring high-quality backlinks.
Engage in outreach activities and build relationships with industry influencers.

Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
Prepare regular reports on SEO performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.

Industry Research and Trends:
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Adapt strategies based on industry changes and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving website rankings and driving organic traffic.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure optimization.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
Familiarity with local SEO and e-commerce SEO practices.
Basic understanding of PPC and digital marketing strategies.
