**Requirements Gathering and Analysis**:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, systems, and data to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications, ensuring alignment with project goals.

**Project Management and Implementation**:
Collaborate with Facility managers and Central teams to ensure timely and successful solution delivery.
Contribute to project planning, including defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:
Analyze and interpret data to generate meaningful insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.
Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate key performance metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, highlighting potential areas for improvement or risks.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
Any bachelor’s degree
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Facility Management or Hotels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and objectively.
Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements.
Knowledge of various business analysis techniques and methodologies.
Strong technical acumen and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
