**Job Title: Lab Testing and Audit Executive - FMCG**

**Location**: Kundli, Haryana

**Experience Required**:
Minimum 2 years in Lab Testing / QA / QC in FMCG (Food, Beverages, Personal Care, etc.)

**Salary**:
₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on skillset and experience)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine lab testing of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process, and finished goods.
- Conduct microbiological and chemical analysis as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain records of test results and prepare lab reports for internal audit purposes.
- Support internal and external audits (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, etc.) with proper documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations applicable to FMCG manufacturing.
- Calibrate lab equipment regularly and maintain inventory of testing reagents and tools.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams for process improvement and corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Certificates of Analysis (COA).

**Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (FSSAI, ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP).
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment like HPLC, pH meter, moisture analyzer, etc.
- Good understanding of audit protocols and quality control systems.
- Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, ERP entry preferred).

**Education Qualification**:

- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Technology, Microbiology, or equivalent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
