Electrical Lab Incharge

**LAB INCHARGE DUTTY:

- OTG (MICRO OWEN), CHIMNEY TESTING**
- **Installation**: Install electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment, including circuit breakers and conduits
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns
- **Repair**: Identify and repair electrical problems using testing devices
- **Inspection**: Inspect electrical systems to ensure proper installation and operation
- **Troubleshooting**: Troubleshoot malfunctions and identify safety hazards and code violations
- **Documentation**: Complete work orders and record materials used on the job
- **Training**: Train and direct other workers on electrical installation, maintenance, and repair
- **Compliance**: Ensure that electrical systems adhere to national electrical safety standards and regulations
- **Collaboration**: Work with other electricians, construction teams, engineers, and clients
- **Planning and coordinating**Planning the workforce to use employees' talents, and coordinating the recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
- **Managing benefits**Planning and overseeing employee benefit programs, including compensation, health insurance, expense reimbursement, and vacation
- **Ensuring compliance**Ensuring compliance with national and local HR regulations, and conducting investigations and maintaining records
- **Handling employee relations**Addressing issues such as grievances, performance management, and disciplinary actions
- **Developing policies and procedures**Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure a productive and legally compliant workplace
- **Promoting employee development**Fostering employee development, engagement, motivation, and retention
- **Managing budgets**Managing HR budgets and providing reporting HR activities to the HR director and other senior managers
