**Responsibilities**:

- **Making Outbound Calls**: Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts provided.
- **Handling Inbound Calls**: Answering incoming calls from customers regarding queries or complaints and providing accurate information or resolving issues.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engaging customers in a polite and professional manner, building rapport, and maintaining good relationships.
- **Maintaining Records**: Keeping detailed records of calls, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- **Following Communication Scripts**: Adhering to prepared scripts when handling different topics or situations to ensure consistency and quality of communication.

- **Time Management**: Managing time efficiently, particularly when there are call targets or specific goals to achieve in a given timeframe.
- **Data Entry and Record-Keeping**: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and information in the system.
- **Basic Computer Skills**: Familiarity with CRM systems, call handling software, and basic computer operations.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
