  • Make outbound calls to new leads, old customers, and market contacts to introduce NLC's products (fancy lights, chandeliers, commercial lights, etc.).
  • Explain product details, offers, and promotions in simple and friendly language.
  • Follow up on inquiries, handle basic questions, and convert calls into showroom visits or confirmed orders.
  • Maintain and update daily call logs, lead sheets, and CRM records accurately.
  • Support the marketing manager with campaign follow-ups and event/offer reminders.
  • Coordinate with the showroom and field marketing team for lead handover and follow-through.
  • Collect and report customer feedback and competitor activity. Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education: Minimum graduates preferred.
  • Experience: Freshers with good communication skills are welcome; telecalling or customer care experience is an advantage.
  • Languages: Fluent in Hindi; basic English speaking/understanding preferred.

  • Skills & Personality:

  • Pleasant voice and confident telephone manner

  • Strong convincing and listening ability
  • Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets/CRM entry)

  • Polite, patient, and target-oriented

  • Must be comfortable working in a 6-day-week office environment.

  • Should have a positive attitude and eagerness to learn about lighting products and customer service.
