**Profile introduction**:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented female KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing) Associate to join our team. As a KPO Associate, you will be responsible for handling various knowledge-based tasks, conducting research, and providing analytical support to our clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting research on assigned topics using various sources including online databases, industry reports, and academic journals.
- Analyzing data and providing insights to support decision-making processes.
- Creating and maintaining documentation and reports as per client requirements.
- Assisting in the development of presentations and other materials for client meetings.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service offerings.
- Adhering to quality standards and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
