**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft, review, and validate legal documents, including Contracts, Change Order Requests, Amendments, SOWs, and Work Orders.
- Collaborate with internal teams for contract development and execution.
- Monitor adherence to contractual obligations and compliance.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with contractual non-compliance.
- Respond to and clarify contractual queries from stakeholders.
- Conduct contract research and recommend modifications.
- Support contract negotiations to achieve favorable terms.
- Manage contract documents and ensure compliance from inception to execution.

**Requirements**:
**Knowledge and Skills**:

- **At least 1 year of experience** in Contract Management, preferably in IT/outsourcing.
- Understanding of commercial terms and service level agreements.
- Proficient in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
- Ability to perform detailed contract review and analysis.
- Familiarity with Contract Management software and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Paralegal certification or equivalent practical experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
