**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Company Secretary & Paralegal Associate** to support the Managing Trustee (MT) in handling legal, operational, and compliance matters. The role includes documentation, research, drafting, copyright/trademark management, and organizational responsibilities across various operational verticals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Legal Documentation**: Manage, file, and digitally organize legal documents, including property records, trust documents, copyrights, and trademarks.
- **Drafting**: Draft minutes, process documents, and meeting resolutions as required.
- **Change Reports**: Handle filings and maintain records of change reports.
- **Operational Support**: Assist in day-to-day management operations, attend meetings with the Trustee, and ensure follow-ups for effective resolution.
- **Research and Reporting**: Conduct legal and management-specific research and provide analytical reports.

**Qualifications**:

- LLB required; Company Secretary (CS) qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory compliance, copyright, and trademark laws.
- Proficient in information technology tools and digital document management.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and deliver under tight deadlines.

**Reporting To**:
Managing Trustee, a meticulous professional with an IIT background who has significantly expanded the Trust’s global outreach.
