**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Growth**: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- **Market Development**: Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base in the assigned region.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- **Promotional Activities**: Execute in-store promotions and merchandising activities to drive product visibility and sales.
- **Market Intelligence**: Monitor competitor activities, trends, and customer feedback to suggest improvements in sales strategies.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- **Order Management**: Ensure proper order placement and timely delivery of products.
- **Customer Support**: Provide post-sales support and resolve customer issues or concerns in a professional manner.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum of a **Bachelor’s degree** in any discipline. A degree in Sales, Marketing, or Agriculture-related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG or Agri-business sector, is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales tools.
- **Personal Traits**: Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
