
Social Media Listening Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor social media platforms, forums, and news sources to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Analyze online conversations to identify sentiment, emerging trends, and potential brand risks.
- Use social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Meltwater, Talkwalker) to gather insights and generate reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer support teams to address customer concerns and improve brand engagement.
- Provide regular reports with key insights, sentiment analysis, and recommendations for brand strategy.
- Track and analyze crisis situations to help the brand respond effectively.
- Identify influencers, brand advocates, and detractors to enhance engagement strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Media, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in social media monitoring, digital marketing, or data analysis (preferred).
- Proficiency in social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Meltwater, or Talkwalker.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle real-time online conversations.
- Knowledge of crisis management and online reputation management is a plus.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
