Job Responsibilities:

  • A Social Media Manager with 2 years of agency experience develops and executes social media strategies, manages content across platforms, engages with audiences, analyzes metrics, and collaborates with clients, demonstrating a strong understanding of media agency workflows and client success include creating content calendars, tracking competitor activity, and using analytics to improve campaign performance, all while adapting to evolving digital trends.

Job Title: Social Media Manager

Experience Level: 2 Years + in a Media Agency Environment

Key responsibilities :

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for clients, including content calendars, campaign planning, and budget management, all while aligning with client business goals.
  • Content Management: Create, curate, and manage engaging and brand-aligned content (images, video, written) across multiple social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to user inquiries, foster community discussions, and manage brand reputation through active listening and engagement.
  • Campaign Management: Design and launch social media campaigns and competitions to promote client brands and increase engagement.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers and stakeholders to expand brand reach and credibility.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide regular reports to clients and internal teams.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay informed about emerging social media platforms, tools, and trends to identify new opportunities and optimize strategies.
  • Competitor Monitoring: Conduct research and analysis of competitor social media activity to identify best practices and areas for improvement.

  • Agency Experience: Proven experience in a media or advertising agency setting.
