**Job Description: Social Media Executive (1-2 Years Experience)**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:

- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Manage daily posting, monitoring, and engagement activities.

**Content Creation**:

- Develop unique and engaging written and visual content (images, videos, and reels).
- Collaborate with the design team for customized graphics or videos.

**Campaign Management**:

- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns aligned with the marketing strategy.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track social media metrics, analyze performance, and prepare reports to measure the success of campaigns.
- Stay updated with trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

**Community Engagement**:

- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to build brand loyalty.
- Foster community engagement and user interaction.

**Social Listening**:

- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to create relevant content.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or agency.
- Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong knowledge of content trends, best practices, and platform-specific guidelines.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in running paid campaigns on social media.
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.
