Overview:
Responsibilities/Duties:

- Conducting route survey based on kml provided by Customer to identify jurisdiction of different Govt Authorities, Road Strata, Execution Methodology.
- Good geographical knowledge of the cluster Preparation of Survey Report, kml file (Google Earth), SLD, Application, and RoW Proposal.Letter writing skill.
- Must be well accustomed with various Govt RoW portals, like NHAI, PWD, IOCL, Forest, Railway, Bharatkosh, etc.
- Liasioning with different levels of Govt Employees at respective Authorities to obtain ROW Demand Note and Permission.
- Obtaining NOC and get the Security Deposit/Bank Guarantee released from the Authority after work completion.Obtaining NOC from Secondary Authorities and other existing utility owners ( Other Operators, Power Department, etc)
- Preparation & Submission of various correspondence including intimation to Govt Authorities, Secondary Authorities (Other Operators, Traffic Police, Power Department, etc)
- Storing, maintaining, filing of Records and Documents, and provide the same to Execution Team whenever required.
- Preparation and publication of DPR.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Arts/Commerce/Law.
- Can Read, Write, Speak Gujarati(if he can), Hindi, English language.
- Minimum of [3-6] years of experience in liaisoning, ROW management in Fiber Project with a focus on telecommunications infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of ROW process of permissions and liaisoning in fiber optic technology.
- Proven track record of successfully managing permissions and liaisoning at large-scale projects with multiple govt. authorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory authorities.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Working Conditions:

- This position require travel to project sites, or regulatory govt. offices.
- Flexible working hours may be necessary to accommodate project demands and meet deadlines.
- The role may involve working outdoors in various weather conditions and physical environments, including construction sites and telecommunications facilities.
