- Educating customers about new features with in the app and getting them to use more

**Job Description for Customer Experience and Support: -**
- Take ownership of customer issues
- Troubleshoot problems and see them through resolution with relevant teams
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams with inter departmental co-ordination
- Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers
- Report feedback in CRM
- Customer ticketing management and resolution
- Document knowledge in the form of solution articles / FAQ's
- Master the use of helpdesk software

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
