**_Web Geo Services is developing fast, very fast and our Product and Engineering Teams need reinforcements We are therefore looking for our new Scrum Master for a permanent contract in Mumbai._**

**Your working environment**:
You will work from home, with access to a co-working space to meet the team.

**Your team**:
You will work in the Product department, managed by our Agile Coach, Emmanuel, and surrounded by a team of strong Franco-Indian Product Owners and Software Engineers.

**Your mission**:
Create an agile mindset within product teams:

- Foster the adoption of an approach based on empiricism,
- Contribute to the increase of multidisciplinarity and resilience,
- Help the emergence of self-organisation and co-responsibility,
- Promote and enhance focus,
- Encourage openness and commitment.

Coach and support product teams in their adoption of agile practices:

- Drive the implementation of best practices,
- Facilitate rituals (SU, plannings, reviews, retros) and workshops (prelude, roadmap alignment, backlog refinement ),
- Help create or create the artefacts (supports, reports, diagrams ) for the rituals and workshops,
- Ensure visibility and understanding of all work in progress and topics requiring action,
- Help to remove or remove operational impediments,
- Contribute to the selection of suitable tools,
- Facilitate the arrival of recruits.

Help the Product Owner and Developers to change the daily lives of stakeholders and end-users:

- Help with choosing SMART and adapted Sprint Goals,
- Support respect of Sprint Goals.

**Your profile**:
You have at least 3 years experience as a Scrum Master and strong English language skills (fluent in speech and writing).

You are brilliant in Scrum, Extreme Programming, Lean, Kanban. You have a sense of organisation, rigour and adaptation. You have a good capacity for analysis, and a fanciful imagination.

You have good interpersonal relations and communication skills. You are a conflict resolution and known for your patience, empathy.

Bonus: Technical background in development or in product management.

Tools: Trello, GitHub, Slite, the Google Workspace.
