Scrum Master

The Scrum Master job facilitates a cross functional agile collaborative team in iterative technology development. Under moderate supervision, this job communicates with the development team regarding scrum principles, helping the team to focus on sprint goals and to achieve their highest performance level to ensure the scrum project is successfully progressed. This job applies practical knowledge of the scrum principles in order to support on scope changes, Quality Assurance and other more technical aspects of the project.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Supports the Senior Scrum Master in managing stakeholder expectations regarding target scope, schedule and budget.
- Modifies the scrum process and project progress by identifying impediments that hinder project progress.
- Analyzes daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and iteration meetings.
- Handles the development tracking system to include product and sprint backlogs.
- Examines the progress of the sprint and helps teams estimate iteration deliverables and increase velocity.
- Ensures scrum principles and approaches are understood correctly by the development team and stakeholders to maximize the performance of the team.

Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred

- 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred

Scrum Master with Java basics JD

(Primary skill will be Scrum Master and secondary skill will be Java

The Scrum Master with Java would need to have at least 3-6 years of experience. In this role, you will act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology.

Scrum Master Responsibilities:
Hands on experience of conducting all the agile team ceremonies like Daily Scrum call, Sprint Retrospective, Sprint Planning and Grooming, Inspect and adapt, etc.

Have key attributes of Scrum Master Role like:
Strong problem solving skills, Servant Leadership, Conflict Management, Good Communication skills, team player, coaching, mentoring team members.

Should keep the necessary tool (JIRA) hygiene for the team.

Should work in close connection day in day out with the team troika - Product Owner and the Technical Lead

Should be Agile Scrum certified and excellent understanding of agile framework, its principles, values.

Strong understanding of tools like JIRA, Confluence, JIRA Align.

Should work hand in hand with Release train engineer

Should follow and adhere the guidelines as per the Scrum book.

Should drive new process improvements through the year

Java Analyst Responsibilities:
Contribute to all stages of software development lifecycle

Analyze user requirements to define business objectives

Envisioning system features and functionality

Develop and test software

Identify and resolve any technical issues arising
