**Requirement**:

- Ability to coach multiple teams and help them reach their highest potential.
- Good to have knowledge of various Agile approaches such as Kanban, XP, FDD, etc.
- Knowledge or experience of modern software development techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing
- Insurance domain will be an add-on benefit
- Ability to understand technical issues and work with diverse personality types.
- Willingness to travel onsite frequently.
- Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Scrum Master certification will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage the agile scrum processes used by the platform development organization.
- Extensive interaction with business customers, vendors, and other engineering and product teams.
- Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings.
- Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress.
- Implement and mentor Scrum and Agile practices across the organization.
- Ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration,prioritization, team accountability, and visibility.
- Recommend improvements and assist in changes to best practice.
- Manage the corporate product release process for the platform.
- Adapting project plans, schedules, and resource assignments as required throughout projects to respond to emerging requirements and risks.
- Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
- Mentor other project teams and managers on scrum technology.
- Hands-on experience to agile tools such as Version one, JIRA, Rally, Asana, etc.
