**Job Title**: B2B Corporate Sales Executive / Manager

**Location**: Ranchi

**Experience**: 4 - 7 Years (Corporate Sales / B2B Sales)

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key corporate accounts and decision-makers.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions to drive sales.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in coordination with management.
- Regularly track, report, and analyze sales performance against defined targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Travel across assigned regions as and when required for business meetings, exhibitions, and client visits.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 4-7 years of proven experience in B2B or Corporate Sales, preferably in [insert relevant industry if needed].
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure and achieve results.
- Good understanding of corporate procurement and decision-making processes.
- Willingness to travel extensively when required.
