Designation**:Personal Assistant to Director -Female**
Salary **:6L to 7L pa** (Budget can be increase if profile is relevant)

Location**:Nariman Point (Churchgate)**
**Roles & Responsibilities: -**
1. **Administrative Support**:
Maintain the Directors calendar, plan appointments, meetings, and make necessary arrangements.
Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as required.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations as requested by the Director.
Efficiently manage and update the Directors contacts, filing systems, and other administrative tasks.
2. **Travel Co-ordination**:
Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel arrangements for the
Director, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and visas.
Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure the Director is well-informed and prepared for each trip.
Monitor and track travel expenses, reconciling and submitting expense reports in a timely manner.
Arrange travel visas, foreign currency, and other necessary travel documents as needed.
3.**Personal Co-ordination**:
Manage personal appointments and personal matters on behalf of the Director.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Assist with personal events, gift purchases, and reservations as required.
Act as a point of contact for personal and professional inquiries, filtering and relaying messages accordingly.
